Partnering For Success

Wifient provides smart managed Wi-Fi, networking, and security camera services to commercial properties, businesses, and special events across the country. Cory Robertson, Founder and CEO, wanted to partner with a video security company that offered modern cloud-based surveillance to fulfill the needs and requirements of his top-tier clientele.

The Challenge

Wifient previously worked with other cloud security cameras, but many were cost prohibitive, consumed high amounts of bandwidth, quickly become obsolete, or had difficult software creating a poor experience for users. With a growing number of clients wanting to move beyond their traditional video security infrastructure, Cory wanted to find a cloud solution that would address the growing demand and was confident in recommending to customers.

The Solution

After a demo and discussion of the onboarding process for partners, Cory was confident that our system would meet his client’s technical requirements. We moved Cory, and his team, through the onboarding process, and within two weeks they became an official partner. Wifient learned the nuances of our system, installation practices, and how to best support the needs of their clients. In under a month, they deployed their first customer with Rhombus and have set-up hundreds of cameras since.
